Our marks
The TMJDirectory name, logo, wordmark, and program badges (including the Founding Member, Premium, and Verified badges) are trademarks and brand assets of TMJDirectory. These guidelines explain how they may and may not be used.
Who may use what
- Verified badge and Premium badge: displayed by TMJDirectory on qualifying listings. Providers may reference their status truthfully but may not fabricate or self-issue these badges.
- Founding Member badge: may be displayed only by approved Founding Members, only while participating in the program, and only per these guidelines and the Founding Member Participation Agreement.
- TMJDirectory name and logo: may be used to link to or truthfully reference TMJDirectory. Any other use requires written permission.
Approved use
- Use official badge and logo files provided by TMJDirectory, unmodified.
- Maintain clear space around the logo and keep it legible.
- Link the mark to the relevant TMJDirectory page where practical.
What you may not do
- Stretch, distort, recolor, rotate, or otherwise alter the logo or badges.
- Create your own version of any TMJDirectory badge, or display a badge you have not been granted.
- Imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation that does not exist.
- Use the marks in a false, misleading, disparaging, or unlawful manner.
- Continue using a program badge after the related status or program participation ends.
- Incorporate the marks into your own logo, product name, or domain without written permission.
Requesting permission or reporting misuse
To request permission for a use not covered here, or to report misuse of the TMJDirectory marks, email [email protected]. TMJDirectory may require correction or removal of any non-conforming use.
