Purpose
The TMJDirectory Founding Member Program recognizes a select group of professionals who believe in improving access to quality TMJ care through education, collaboration, and responsible community leadership. Founding Members help shape the growth of TMJDirectory during its early stages while serving as respected voices within the TMJ community.
Participation is voluntary and does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or representative relationship with TMJDirectory.

Examples include sharing educational content, referring qualified professionals, sharing directory resources, providing thoughtful feedback, and inviting colleagues to participate.
TMJDirectory does not expect or encourage spam, excessive promotion, misleading advertising, or pressure-based marketing.
Use of Founding Member status
The Founding Member designation recognizes participation in the early development of TMJDirectory. It does not indicate clinical certification, advanced professional credentials, board certification, professional endorsement, or preferred provider status.
Members may display the Founding Member badge only while participating in the program and in accordance with the Brand & Trademark Usage Guidelines.
Independence
Founding Members remain independent businesses. Nothing in this Agreement authorizes a Founding Member to speak on behalf of TMJDirectory, make promises for TMJDirectory, enter into contracts on behalf of TMJDirectory, or represent themselves as employees, agents, or official spokespersons.
Removal from the program
TMJDirectory may suspend or remove Founding Member status if a member violates this Agreement, engages in dishonest or unethical conduct, loses required professional licensure where applicable, uses the TMJDirectory name in a misleading manner, or engages in conduct that materially harms the reputation or mission of TMJDirectory. Removal may include revocation of the Founding Member badge and associated program benefits.
Program changes
TMJDirectory may modify the structure or benefits of the Founding Member Program as the platform evolves. Any changes will be communicated to participating members. TMJDirectory will honor any lifetime benefits it has expressly committed to, unless those benefits are forfeited due to a material violation of this Agreement.

By accepting Founding Member status, whether electronically through the provider dashboard or in writing, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to participate in the Founding Member Program in accordance with these expectations.
