Ownership
The TMJDirectory website — its design, code, text, educational guides, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of the directory — is owned by Stanley Wellness LLC (operating as TMJDirectory) and protected by U.S. copyright law. Provider-submitted content (bios, photos, practice descriptions) remains the property of the submitting provider, who grants us a license to display it, as described in the Provider Participation Agreement.
Permitted use
You may view, search, and share links to the directory freely. You may not scrape, copy, republish, or resell the directory's content or data in bulk, or use it to build a competing dataset, without written permission.
Trademark
TMJDirectory™ and the TMJDirectory logo are trademarks of Stanley Wellness LLC. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written permission. Listed providers may state factually that they are listed on TMJDirectory.
DMCA — reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing, and notify the user who posted it where applicable.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which TMJDirectory may be found); and your signature. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights will be terminated.
