Hi, I'm Alexis, a TMJ massage therapist passionate about helping people find lasting relief through slow, intentional, whole-body treatment. While I specialize in intra-oral TMJ massage, I believe the jaw is only one piece of the puzzle. Every session is designed to address the surrounding muscles and connective tissues, from the neck and shoulders to the chest, scalp, and face, because true healing happens when we treat the body as a connected system, not just an isolated area. I'm known for my steady, therapeutic deep pressure and for creating TMJ sessions that are both clinically focused and deeply restorative. Chronic jaw pain often carries more than physical tension, so I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can fully relax, release, and heal, physically and emotionally. I also believe the best outcomes happen through collaboration. I love building relationships with dentists, myofunctional therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, pelvic floor therapists, ENTs, and other healthcare providers so clients receive a well-rounded, comprehensive approach to care.

Living with TMD changed my life, and so did learning clinical intraoral massage. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others through thoughtful, personalized care and trusted referrals when appropriate.
