Sometimes jaw discomfort is about more than just the jaw. Using a whole-body approach, I help address muscular tension that may contribute to jaw discomfort, facial pain, headaches, and teeth clenching through specialized massage techniques, including clinical intraoral massage and myofascial release.
Treatment approach
Clinical intraoral massage, myofascial release (this includes trigger point), and muscle energy techniques (PNF, AIS, PIR), sometimes lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy.
The 75-min session includes an assessment of the head, neck, shoulders, jaw function, tongue function, and hips.
